Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from GSF

This holiday season, we are excited to share a glimpse of joy from the Île-à-Vache La Hatte School. Our kindergarteners recently celebrated a festive Christmas party, complete with Santa hats and bright laughter. The simple joy on their faces reminded us of what this season is truly about: hope, community, and perseverance.

This year has not been easy for Haiti. The ongoing social and economic crises have deeply affected schools, families, and communities across the country. Yet, despite these challenges, the spirit of resilience shines brightly at Île-à-Vache. Our teachers continue to show commitment to their students, parents find ways to support their children’s education, and the children themselves bring energy and optimism to every school day.
