Back to school!

School is back in session at La Hatte!

We are proud to be able to say that IMECT school building, which was sorely needed and under construction, has now been completed! At the same time, our school at La Hatte on Ile A Vache also recently re-opened. It is an exciting time for us at GSF as we witness this incredible progress.

The brand new building will be inaugurated soon!

The speed and quality of the school construction has been amazing to see, made even more so by the hardships the country of Haiti as a whole is facing. The control of transportation and shipping by armed gangs makes everything complicated and creates safety concerns, but in spite of everything, the construction team was able to build a beautiful new building for our students! In times like this, progress like that is a giant morale booster for everyone. We thank each and every one of our supporters again, both large and small.
